So, yes.

Venezuela has been one of the most talked topics around the world, but the truth is not being told in every single country.

Our government has some “partnerships”, so to speak, that would follow every order of denying the horrible times we’re having in here, so they send the news that our government want them to show and tha’s what’s going into some TV channels, radio stations, newspapers and media. So please, if you like to know about my country situation right know, where human rights are being ignored and people are getting shot and killed everyday, stay connected to CNN or CNNEE (In Spanish) so you get to know every side of the story.

Thank you so much for reading this and I hope you support us by spreading your voice and telling everyone about what’s going on.

what's going on in Venezuela?

clarswalds:

The Venezuelan people has had enough and we are protesting. Why?

(Not my picture, but 100% accurate)

And what happens to the protestants? Here’s a masterpost with many videos that show not only repression from the National Guard and the police, but violent attacks towards the people protesting.

There have been 15 people killed during these protests, most of them were opposition supporters. There have been proof that these people were killed by members of the national guard and the national police, as well by groups called ‘tupamaros’ that have openly claimed to support the goverment, but the goverment hasn’t made any call to these accusations and the people responsible are free.

And what has Nicolás Maduro and the goverment said about this? That we’re the ones that are violent, that we’re killing each other and then blame goverment supporters. They closed the signal of an international news channel because they were showing what actually happened (national guard and police attacking students) and they threatened to take CNN En Español off the air here in Venezuela for the same reasons. The only way for us to know what’s really happening is through social media, because none of the national channels show the reality of the situation: that the people supposed to protect us are killing us.

This happened on monday, right next to were I live. A member of the national guard attacking an innocent woman who wanted to ask for peace. The goverment has said nothing about this. (Video)

This started as a manifestation from students to show discomfort against the goverment’s policies and to ask for the release of detained students, but now everyone that dissaproves of Maduro’s goverment has come out and support the students’ cause. This is the fight of every venezuelan that want the best for their country, for their children.

Take a little time to read this, please.

For an elected US official to be so easily manipulated by the totalitarian cuban dictator Raul Castro is beyond belief. I’m proud Marco Rubio called him out on his bullshit and further pointed out what a cancer that country really is.
